How it works

Step 1 Bring your file.

USB, email, phone, memory card — we can work with all of them. If you're unsure whether your file is high enough resolution for the size you want, bring it in and we'll check before you commit.

Step 3 We print it in-store.

Your print is produced on-site — not sent to a third-party lab. We have full quality control over the final print

Step 2 Choose your material and size.

We'll show you samples of canvas, fine art paper, and photographic paper so you can see the difference in person. If you're printing a photo, we'll tell you the largest size your file will hold up at.

Step 4 Frame it or take it.

Ready-to-hang canvas is stretched and good to go. For paper prints, we stock Australian-made pre-cut frames in popular sizes — pick one at the counter and we'll fit your print before you leave.

Frequently asked questions

A. It depends on the print size — bigger prints need more pixels. As a rough guide, a 20-megapixel phone photo prints well up to about 60×90cm. Bring your file in and we'll check it at the size you want before printing. We'll tell you honestly if the resolution won't hold up, and suggest the largest size that will.
A. Canvas has a textured surface and a painterly feel — it works especially well for portraits and landscapes. Fine art paper is a smooth or lightly textured archival paper, ideal for artwork reproduction and photography where you want a gallery-quality result. Photographic paper (gloss or matte) is the closest to a traditional photo print — vivid, sharp, and suited to most images. We have samples of all three in-store.
A. Yes — plug in via USB, connect via Bluetooth or AirDrop, or log in to your Google Photos or social media at the counter. Email works too if you've already got the file somewhere. We can also pull from a memory card or USB drive.
A. Yes — we stock a range of Australian-made pre-cut frames sized to suit our most popular print sizes. Choose your frame at the counter and we'll fit your print on the spot, ready to hang. Pricing varies by frame style and size — ask us in-store. Ready-to-hang canvas doesn't need a frame; it comes pre-stretched on a timber frame and goes straight on the wall.
A. Depending on the size, paper choice and current workload.
Generally 3 days for prints and one week for ready to hang Canvas.
We'll give you a timeframe when you drop the file off.
A. JPEG is fine for most prints. For fine art paper and artwork reproduction, a TIFF or high-resolution PNG gives us a bit more to work with. If you're sending from a camera or scanner, export at the highest resolution available.
