We price restoration by how much work it needs. Bring the photo in and we'll tell you which level it falls into before you commit.
Minor - from $39.95
Light cosmetic work. Ready in about 2 days. Includes up to 1 revisions.
Examples of Minor damage:
Light surface scratches and scuff marks
Dust spots and small marks
Mild fading or slightly washed-out colour
Small creases or fold lines
Minor edge wear· Touch-ups for handling marks
Medium - from $59.95
Moderate work. Ready in about 5 days. Includes up to 2 revisions.
Examples of Medium damage:
Significant fading or colour shift across the whole image
Multiple tears or creases (or a single larger tear)
Missing corners or small missing pieces
Mild mould or foxing spots
Visible water damage with staining
Yellowing on old black & white prints
Optional hand-colouring of black & white originals — included at this level
Multiple small issues that add up to a longer edit
Major - from $99.95
Heavy work. Ready in about 10 days. Includes up to 3 revisions.

Severe flood or water damage with paper damage
Heavy mould across the image
Large missing sections requiring reconstruction
Multiple severe issues — tears + fading + missing pieces combined

How it works
Step 1 Bring it in.
Drop the original photo at 95 Keen Street. We'll have a quick look together so you know what's possible before you commit.
Step 3 We restore it.
Water spots, tears, fading, missing pieces, scratches — all repaired digitally by our in-house editors.
Step 2 We scan it.
Nothing is applied to the original - your photo stays exactly as it came in. We work entirely from a high-resolution digital scan.
Step 4 You decide it's right.
Each tier includes a set number of revisions (1 with Minor, 2 with Medium, 3 with Major). The final digital file is yours on USB or by email - print it wherever you like, as many times as you like.

A. We have a look together when you drop it in. We'll be honest about the work involved and tell you the price up front before starting. If the damage turns out to be lighter than it first appeared, you pay the lower tier.

. We'll show you what's possible before we charge. If we don't think we can get a result you'll be genuinely happy with, we'll be honest with you up front rather than take the work on. Major restorations on severely damaged photos are quoted on inspection — that quote reflects what we believe is realistically achievable.
