Step 3 Files on USB
Your digital files are delivered on USB, ready to play on any modern device, share with family, or upload to cloud storage for safe keeping.
Step 2 We transfer them
Your tapes are transferred to digital files. Completed in Lismore — they stay local and come back to you.
Step 4 Originals returned
Every tape, reel, and record comes back to you exactly as you brought it in.

A. It varies by format and how many tapes you have. We'll give you a timeframe when you drop them in buy expect two to three weeks. You can pay a Urgent fee of $55.00 for a turnaround of a few days.

A. We transfer at the best quality the original format allows. VHS and Hi8 are standard definition by nature — the transfer won't make them sharper than the original, but it will be a clean, faithful capture. Super 8 film can look surprisingly good once it's in digital.

A. Bring them in and we'll have a look. Some deterioration is recoverable; some isn't — we'll tell you honestly what's possible before you commit. Tapes that have been stored in hot or damp conditions are most at risk, so the sooner the better.

A. Video files are delivered as MP4 — plays on phones, computers, smart TVs, and most streaming devices without any conversion needed. Audio files are delivered as MP3 or WAV.
