No appointment needed — come in any time during opening hours. Let us know what the photo is for (passport, visa, licence, etc.) so we can check the right specifications.
Step 3 Prints and files, ready in about 10 minutes.

A. Yes — and we charge a bit more for them ($59.95) because it takes longer to get a compliant shot. Australian Passport Office requirements apply to babies too: eyes open, looking at the camera, neutral expression, plain background. We'll work with you to get there — bring a spare set of hands if you can. Add a digital file for $10 if you need it for an online application.

Dress normally — smart casual is fine. Hair off the face is ideal for passport photos. No hats or head coverings unless worn for religious reasons. Some make up and our humidity can cause too much shine. Bring some make-up with you, just in case.
